*Each MUGLER product has a unique code printed on the inside flap of your MULER product box.

- Locate the of 11 characters unique code on the inside flap of your MUGLER product box.

- Make sure you enter your unique code in uppercase AND with no spaces.

- Make sure you do not mistake a 5 (five) for a S, or a 0 (zero) for a D.

* Except samples, travel formats, makeup, Mirror Mirror Collection, accessories, ready to wear.

Keep your original receipt and send it to us by email at our Customer Service, accompanied by the following informations :
